Much ado from the tin foil hat brigade – boy, do I love to take any excuse to publish this photo – recently on why Diplo’s recent legal troubles aren’t being reported on more widely. They appear to mostly be coming from people who have already decided that he’s guilty in the court of public opinion.

It might be because there’s very little to actually report on it. There are legal submissions from both sides and a temporary injunction against Diplo. All this is perfectly standard in cases like this – it would make a mockery of the entire case if it wasn’t.

Come back to me after the hearing on December 7th. There could be something much more interesting to report then…
