Back in May, I revealed how Yousef had been making some extra cash during the pandemic – he got into the property market! And by the looks of it, Low Steppa has decided to do much the same thing too.

Companies House reveals that Steppa, under his real name of William Bailey, owns a company called Bailey Property Midlands. Which isn’t exactly doing too well – losses of nearly £8,500 were recorded at the end of November 2019. This appears to be down to having a mortgage to pay on a prime Birmingham city centre property.

Thankfully for Mr Steppa, his other business has been doing quite a lot better. Low Steppa Ltd was showing a profit, as of September 2019, of £53,540 – up just over £10k on the previous year…
