Here’s Three They Made Earlier: 24th July 2023

Due to technical gremlins striking last night, this column had to be delayed. Nonetheless, here it is!

For this week’s edition of Here’s Three They Made Earlier, we decided to do things slightly differently. Instead of delving back right into the distant past, we thought we’d take a look at some tracks made only a little bit earlier. We’ve chosen three records which have come out over the past few months – there’s a lot of good music around, and Ears To The House accepts we must do more to promote it.

This first one is by Steingold and Nate Husser. Mike Dunn provides a remix with a slightly jazzy feel – we like this one…

Next up, here’s another vocal track that features Italian father and son duo Matt D and Claudio Deeper. They teamed up with a very good British singer called Anna-Marie Johnson, then called in Sebb Junior – a very reliable French producer and remixer – to do his own thing with it. The result is technically brilliant and musically solid…

And finally for this evening, here’s another example of what happens when talented people work together. Birmingham’s DJ MJ teamed up with Kayleigh Gibson, made a soulful track called “Love The Way You Love Me” – then told veteran garage producer Danny J Lewis to do what he liked to it.

The result? This…

And they say there’s no good music out there. More selections next week…
